Which types of metal swarf do you assess?

Full Metals assesses ferrous, stainless-steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and special-alloy swarf and chips. The solution depends on composition, quantity, homogeneity and condition.

Do you handle wet or oily swarf?

Oil, emulsions and moisture must be declared and assessed. They affect containment, handling and applicable requirements, so every flow is evaluated on the actual material.

Can different alloys be collected together?

Separate, clearly identified containers are preferable. Separating grades within the department reduces mixing and makes batch inspection more reliable.

Can recurring collections be scheduled?

Yes. For continuous flows, container type and frequency are defined around quantities, density, available space, access and loading methods.
